The customer's inquiry was received in June. The customer gave a rough layout drawing. However, the customer's lifting height requirement is 110m. After discussing with our technical team, the drawing plan was given.
After receiving the plan, the customer requested to change the speed to dual speed and add a remote control. The electrical part of the customer requires Siemens or ABB. They have also met customer requirements.
Because it is the first cooperation, the customer requires the payment method to be a letter of credit. We also agree. About 20 days or so, we completed the production, and also provided the test report and certificate in accordance with the customer's requirements.
