The customer is an old customer from Australia. We started our cooperation last year and he purchased jib crane and hook. The purchase this time is a European type single girder overhead crane, including the steel structure of the whole plant.
The overall communication was relatively smooth. The quotation and drawings were updated for four times before and after, and the scheme was finally determined. The customer purchased an HD5T, span of 17.8m, and another HD5T , span of 21.6m. The lifting height of the crane is the maximum height designed by our technicians based on the customer's workshop.
As far as we know, there are many competitors in this project, not only Chinese competitors, but also a foreign supplier, which made us very nervous at that time. However, customers have very high requirements for quality. All motors, reducer and electrical appliances are required to be equipped with SEW, schneider and other international brands.
In terms of quality and price, we are very consistent with the customer's requirements. The last thing we communicated was the payment method. Considering that this is an old customer we have cooperated with, we agreed to the payment method of 20% prepayment and 80% payment before delivery. The goods have been shipped successfully, I hope the customer will be satisfied after receiving the goods.
